Promo video for social media platforms
Millennium is the next step in the evolution of the traditional symphony orchestra. This multi-media pop/orchestral fusion orchestra features intense visual stimulation in the form of projected animation and graphic art. Our goal is to elevate the audience’s musical experience beyond that of the simple symphony concert.

CUBE GALLERY INSTALLATION POSTERS
Posters created for each letter of Millennium, giving the location and month the exhibit would be open for viewing. The exhibit was a separate installation created to advertise the performance and create a immersive experience for the viewer/audience member.
LOGO DESIGN
Kelly and I loved the idea of a logo that could mean many different things -- a microphone, disco ball, a theatre, so forth. This design was paired with the theme of Season One, which became gradient-based colorful forms that signify musical phrases used in the ensemble's pieces. Most branding and design for orchestras includes something that shouts "MUSIC" immediately, but this group's mission was to become something that you wouldn't expect out of a chamber orchestra.
INSPIRATION FOR FIRST SEASON
These gradient blobs represent musical phrases in the piece "The Wild Ones," which are then paired with music staff lines to represent season one of Millennium.
SEASON ONE BRAND COLORS
I truly believe that orchestras and music ensembles should have a new look or inspiration that changes every season, which is highly centered around bright color. The idea is to be adaptable and able to grow continuously.
POSTER DESIGN
Promotional Tagline posters created for Season One. Printed 18x24 to exhibit grain, photographs, and various overlapping textures.
The first poster is based off of the beginning notes of the song "The Wild Ones" Kelly Catlin composed. The last poster shows that the group dresses casually, instead of in concert black, hence "the underdressed orchestra."
POSTCARD DESIGN
MEMBER HEADSHOTS
To introduce the members of Millennium, Kelly and I assisted Eric in a photoshoot of all the members, using their instruments, equipment, or baton to show their role in Millennium.
HEADSHOT ANIMATION
For social media and advertising the performance in both Lamar Dodd School of Art and Hugh Hodgson School of Music at the University of Georgia, I created this animation using the many headshot photos we had of each member.

PROGRAM DESIGN AND LAYOUT
Season One Program. Introduction of Composer, Designer, and Videographer of Millennium along with members.
The spreads labelled "The Wild Ones," "Try Again," and "Run" all show moments in the animations created to play alongside the indie orchestra's live performances. The front cover of the program includes all the headshots taken of each member, shown in varying opacities.
DIGITAL TICKET FOR THE PERFORMANCE
For the first Millennium performance, I created a QR code for the ticket, which included animation that went along with "the Wild Ones" piece Millennium performed.
STICKERS
First Millennium performance in the Lamar Dodd School of Art at the University of Georgia. The conductor used a click track to make sure the orchestra and the animation were together.
A section of the animation created to play along with the orchestra. The rain puddle effect in After Effects was applied to one of the gradient blobs representing season one, creating a dream-like galaxy effect.
